Gotham Manufacturing Corp holds a Distributor license in New York, OCM-DIST-25-000134, and we handle distribution for the brands we manufacture. One delivery vehicle, five days a week, direct to your retail accounts.

Why Bay Shore, Specifically
Close to where the volume is.
Of New York’s top 10 dispensary accounts by volume, seven are on Long Island. We’re under 30 minutes from four of them, and about 20 minutes from the top two in the state (Lit Alerts).
Who This Is For
Distribution is available only to brands Gotham already manufactures for. We’re not a standalone distribution company taking on outside inventory or outside brands’ existing product. If you’re not yet a manufacturing customer, that’s where the conversation starts: see what we manufacture.
How It Works
No portal, no login, no second system.
You send us the order details (what’s going where), we generate the compliant shipping manifest ourselves, our vehicle delivers it, and we update you when it’s done. That’s the whole process. For a brand we’re already manufacturing for, this is meant to be an add-on, not a second system to manage on top of everything else.
What goes on the manifest (real OCM requirement, not something we invented): the license numbers and addresses of both the originating and receiving licensee, product identifiers and weights, estimated ship and arrival times, the delivering driver’s license number, and the vehicle’s make, model, and plate. Manifests can’t be altered once a delivery is underway, and they’re kept on file for years, not just for the trip.
METRC Compliance
Every transfer, logged and tested.
New York runs its entire supply chain through METRC, and every one of these requirements applies to us, every time. Every package gets a unique METRC package tag before it ever leaves our facility. Every individual unit carries its own Retail Item ID before transfer to a distributor, required on every processor-to-distributor handoff since December 2025. Every transfer between licensees gets logged in METRC with a compliant manifest, generated in the system itself, not on paper after the fact. Inventory has to show a passed test result in METRC before it can transfer to a dispensary at all. We don’t treat any of this as optional paperwork. It’s the same system that makes sure a retailer can trust what’s actually in the box.
Delivery
One vehicle, five days a week.
We service downstate only: all of Long Island (Suffolk and Nassau, though Nassau doesn’t have any licensed dispensaries yet), Queens, Brooklyn, Staten Island, the Bronx, and Manhattan, capped at a two-hour maximum travel distance. For upstate accounts, we work with MOOV, our daily delivery partner, to cover that ground separately.
Invoicing & Collections
You don’t chase your own payment.
We invoice your retail accounts directly and handle collections, so you’re not chasing payment yourself. New York law caps retailer credit terms at 30 days from delivery (9 NYCRR § 124.2) — a retailer either pays cash on delivery or settles within that 30-day window, no exceptions on our end. Once we receive payment, you’re paid out within 7 to 10 days.
Collections run on a real, structured process, not an ad hoc chase: defined escalation stages, active account tracking, and legal remedies for accounts that don’t resolve through normal collections. If a retailer goes delinquent, we’re already set up to handle it, not scrambling to figure out what to do.

Do you distribute for brands you don’t manufacture?
No. Distribution is currently limited to brands Gotham manufactures for.
Do I need special software or a login to use this?
No. We don’t run a portal or a dashboard. You send order details directly, we handle the manifest and the delivery.
How do I actually get paid?
We invoice and collect from your retail accounts, then pay you out within 7 to 10 days of receiving payment ourselves.
What happens if a retailer doesn’t pay on time?
It moves through our own structured collections process, with defined escalation stages and legal remedies where needed, on top of New York’s requirement that we report delinquent retailers to the state within 7 days of a missed final payment date.
Where do you deliver?
All of Long Island, Queens, Brooklyn, Staten Island, the Bronx, and Manhattan, direct. Upstate accounts are covered through MOOV, our delivery partner.
