Packaging Formats
Two weights, two containers.
Two weights, confirmed: 3.5g and 7g, in either jars or pouches. Other common industry weights (1g, 14g, 28g) are still not confirmed as offered here.
Everything ships child-resistant and tamper-evident, same requirement as every other product line: CR glass jars, CR pouches with tamper-evident seals, no exceptions.

Every option below is a real production variable, not a menu of upsells.

Customer-supplied, print-ready Gotham print-and-apply
Whether you supply flower or Gotham sources it changes both cost and lead time, same logic as every format we run. If you supply flower already tested and ready, packaging moves fast. If Gotham sources it, sourcing and receiving add real time before packaging starts.
Packaging material is mostly a shelf-presence decision. Glass jars read premium and protect flower better long-term. Pouches are cheaper and lighter to ship, and increasingly common for value-tier and larger-format product.
Capacity
Jars up to 5,000/day at 3.5g (3,000/day at 7g). Pouches up to 3,000/day at 3.5g (2,500/day at 7g).
Process
Five stages, lighter than manufacturing.
-
Quote & Sign
MOQ, pricing tier, and timeline all get fixed in writing before anything moves.
-
Onboarding
Specs, vendor qualification if you’re supplying jars/pouches, label review, METRC setup.
-
Inputs Land
Your flower and packaging arrive, or we source them.
-
Finished Sample
We usually send you a finished unit before running the full batch, though unlike our other lines this isn’t a hard approval gate.
-
Package & Release
Weighed, packaged, tested, released.
No rolling, infusing, or coating involved, so this is a lighter process than our full production lines. Lead time follows the same supply-dependent logic as every other line: faster when you supply tested, ready flower and packaging, slower when we source any of it. Exact week ranges for this format specifically haven’t been confirmed — ask when you request a quote.
Labels & Packaging
Same system, same day.
Same print-and-apply process as our other lines. Lab results take 7–12 days after testing, so most brands don’t wait on them before printing their primary label. The industry-standard approach: your primary label carries the brand design, a separate print-and-apply label carries the batch-specific compliance information (THC%, CBD%, TAC%, lot number, manufacture and expiration dates, solvents used) plus the mandatory METRC RUID, printed and applied in-house same day your results come back.

Verify Before You Sign
Verifying Any Manufacturer in This Category
A real problem in this category: people who quote packaging capacity they don’t have, or cite a license that isn’t theirs. Check three things before signing with anyone.
- The actual license number. Ours: Tier 2 Processor OCM-PROC-24-000200, Distributor OCM-DIST-25-000134, verifiable on the state’s cannabis dashboard.
- The facility address behind that license. Ours: 55 Corbin Avenue, Bay Shore, NY.
- Whether they can produce a real METRC registration for the batch, not just a claim one exists.
Vague on any of the three is the tell.

Looking for a CBD Manufacturer?
Not selling THC? Just need CBD? We can do that too: same production lines, same specs, no cannabis license required to buy or sell.
Flower Packaging FAQ
What weights do you package?
3.5g and 7g are confirmed. Other weights aren’t yet confirmed as available, ask directly if you need something specific.
Can I supply my own jars or pouches?
Yes. Bring your own child-resistant, tamper-evident containers, or we can source them for you.
Do you test the flower before packaging?
Every batch is tested before release, regardless of whether you supplied the flower or we sourced it.
What’s the difference between packaging and full manufacturing?
Packaging is weighing and packaging flower as-is, no rolling, infusing, or coating. If you need pre-rolls or infused product instead, see Pre-Roll Manufacturing or Infused Pre-Roll Manufacturing.
